Then celebrate the completion of each tiny step needed to get to that &quot;finally finished&quot; state.  Tackling a big project can be very daunting but taking one action step might seem more manageable.</description>

I keep hearing about quick-fix tricks like diets and surgery, but they don&#039;t tackle the underlying issues that are causing the unhealthy behaviors.
